Frequently Asked Questions

TICKETING

Ticketing platforms may vary per show. Usual ticketing partners include:

  1. PULP Tickets - via www.pulptickets.com only.
  2. SM Tickets - via www.smtickets.com or SM Tickets outlets nationwide.
  3. TicketNet - via www.ticketnet.com.ph or TicketNet outlets nationwide.
You can either keep your ticket or request a refund if the show is rescheduled. Refunds will be issued for canceled shows. For more details on refunds, please refer to our official announcements on our social media pages.
Ticket transfers are possible under these conditions:
  • The original ticket holder accompanies the new ticket holder for verification.
  • A Ticket Name Transfer Registration Form is completed.
  • The new ticket holder provides:
    1. A copy of the original ticket holder's valid ID.
    2. Authorization letter with a handwritten signature from the original ticket holder.
    3. The new ticket holder's valid ID.

Note: Tickets acquired from scalpers or through illegal means may be confiscated, and the ticket holder blacklisted from future shows.
For tickets bought through:
  • PULP Tickets: Find your e-tickets under the "My Tickets" tab on your PULP Tickets account or email support@pulptickets.com with your email address, valid ID, and proof of payment.
  • SM Tickets: Submit an affidavit of loss, a police report, and a valid ID to the Coral Way, SM Tickets Mall of Asia Arena Head Office.
  • TicketNet: Present an affidavit of loss, a police report, and a valid ID at the Yellow Gate, TicketNet Box Office, Araneta Coliseum.

CONCERT EXPERIENCE

Any government-issued valid ID and a current school ID (for students) are accepted.
The minimum age requirement is 5 years old. Minors aged 14 and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a ticket for the same section. Minors aged 15-17 who are unaccompanied must submit a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

Minors, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women must download, print, and sign a waiver. Present the waiver to event marshals or staff on show day. Waiver Link: http://bit.ly/PULP_Waiver
Live streaming or recording of entire shows is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be escorted out of the venue and asked to deposit their devices before re-entry. Legal action may be taken against anyone uploading, reproducing, or distributing the show without authorization.
The following items are prohibited inside the venue:
  • Video cameras, digital cameras, gimbals, GoPros, and professional cameras.
  • Glass/PET bottles, sharp objects, stools/chairs, and outside food or drinks.
  • Cigarettes and lighters.
